All users cannot logout from Power BI Report Server Portal. It doesn't have any drop down list when clicking user "hk-bi-process" at the top right. We've used version1.12.7936.39665(September 2021). Could you please advise?

Hi @Anonymous ,
You cannot log out directly from Power BI Report Server Portal.
As a workaround, you can try specifying an built-in account in the Report Server Configuration Manager.
Hope it helps,

By default there is no login option either so there is no reason for there to be a logout menu on the username. By default Report Server does single sign on using integrated Windows authentication.
If you have implemented your own code to do custom authentication and you are looking for some way of switching between identities you will probably need to look for some other solution such as maybe using incognito windows or browser profiles to keep the identities separate. As far as I can see there are no hooks provided to be able to add a logout option to the UI.
Right, incognito browsing does it, see Solved: Can a user sign out of the Power BI Report Server ... - Microsoft Fabric Community
