Cannot connect to data with gateway error

Hello,

 

I have problems to connect data in a public disc with error report like below.

Is there anyone know the root cause and how to solve it?

That R: drive refers to the local file system of the gateway cluster members (who most likely don't have an R: drive).

 

Change your data source to a network file share address like this:  \\server\share
