Can you disable the edit button on users end when viewing reports?

Users can see the edit button and edit the report when accessing is there a way to shield/remove their view of it?

Users with viewer access to report and workspace will not see Edit option in their powerbi service interface. They have read access only.

Yes, viewer can export and print the report.
