Can’t upload this report
Hi DaTechJunkie,
Please create a report use Power BI desktop version optimized for report server rather than normal desktop then deploy to the report server.
The latest version is Microsoft Power BI Desktop (Optimized for Power BI Report Server - October 2017) 2.51.4885.1423. You can download this kind of desktop and publish report from this desktop.

vickyprudhvi Are you trying to deploy to PBIRS? The base requirement for OS is Win 8... A newer version of the Desktop won't help you with PBIRS. You have to use the version of the Desktop that aligns with the PBIRS.

Yes I am talking about PBIRS(Oct version) the PowerBI Desktop for PBIRS can be used only using Windows 8 or 10 but in our company we are still using Windows 7 that why we thought we can go with PowerBI Desktop Jan version but we are facing issue
