Can't load the data for this visual - No OLE DB Error Information found

I have created a PowerBI report with some visuals with a connection to a SQL Server Database (Data connectivity mode - Import).

The report is saved on the PowerBI Report Server. The report works fine when I open the report on the server.

 

After about 10 or 15 minutes when de user refreshes the report he get's ther error 'Can't load the data for this visual' - 'No OLE DB Error Information found.'

 

But when I refresh the report it works and immediately after my refresh the user can load or refresh his report also.  But after 10/15 minutes he is unable to refresh it again.

 

Any ideas?

    I'm having the same problem with direct query connexion mode. I'm getting the following error :No OLE DB Error Information found.

    Any help please?
