Helper IVCan't load custom visual in Power BI Report Server
Hi,
I have used the following visual in one of my report's pages and uploaded my .pbix to PBIRS. However the custom visual doesn"t load and gives me the following error:
I have checked a bit around in the web and found the following solution: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/report-server/custom-visuals-troubleshoot
I did what they said in the solution (added the exceptions, allowed https://pbivisuals.powerbi.com/ URL to my firewall etc) but none seems to work.
Any leads on this please? This visual is very important.

Not all custom visuals work on PBI Report Server.
Based on the above information, if you are a Power BI Pro licensee, you can create a support ticket for free and a dedicated Microsoft engineer will come to solve the problem for you.

Not all custom visuals work on PBI Report Server.
