Can't create user in Power BI Report Server

Hi All, 

I have a problem when I add user on Power BI Report Server. 

When I typing user name, So I have a error below picture 

My Power BI Report Server have been install in my computer on premise. 

Please help me!!! thanks all

I solve my problem is Please let your computer with power Bi report server installed join your organization's domain

Have you tried using the format <domain>\<user> when adding the user? That usually works if the machine is domain joined.

I tried using the user format <domain>\<user> but this solution is not effective. My PowerBi report server is installed on a server, maybe I have not joined my organization's server domain. I will try to join that installation server domain.
