Can PowerBI burst PDF's?

My organization conducts client satisfaction surveys for clients. We currently use Cognos to run reports, which are saved to the file system in PDF format. We use the burst feature to run many reports (often several hundred) sequentially with parameters such as org name and reporting quarter.

We're considering switching to different BI software so that we can provide clients with dashboard capability, but we'd still like to be able to generate these reports. Is this something that Power BI can do? So far, my Googling has proven inconclusive.
