Add group using "Domain\AD Group", make sure that your server is connected to AD Domain.

Thank you. I have no issues sharing with AD groups. What I am asking for is a way to share with AAD (Azure Active Directory) groups. Power BI report server is not recognizing any of my AAD groups.

Does your AAD sync with Local AD ? I think you need to sync both ADs in order to add AAD group locally.
