Please tell me how, when starting a report on a report server, take computer time where this report was started? Get the update time of the report on the server, taking into account the local time that started the report
Those. Server has Moscow Time. or i don't understand maybe has time without UTC...because
(And why in the update schedule on the server says
"All times are expressed in (UTC + 03: 00) Russia TZ 2 Standard Time." But is it not so and utc = 00:00?)
I mean DateTimeZone.LocalNow() when the report updated - Time without UTC, when i update from computer its time with correct utc

When I run the report from Arizona there will be -7 hours from server time, if it is Novosibirsk +7 hours ...
