Button that downloads visual to local machine

Hello,

I have a request from the stakeholder to build a button that downloads visuals into a CSV / Excel.

Options I've been able to find include:

1. Enabling Header Icons so the user can hit the ellipses and export the data 
   • Stakeholder complained it is to small and not intuitive enough
2. Building a button via power automate
   • Only works if there is a sharepoint available, unfortunately this is not an option.

If anyone has a way to download to your local machine that isn't the above two options that would be amazing!
