Browser cannot find Power BI Report Server with SSL

I have Azure App Service domain in format of www.service.com. I have Azure App Service SSL Certificate in Key Vault. DNS match www.service.com to IP of VM.

(I tried to install IIS and bind SSL certificate for experiment and it did connect to root of https://www.service.com. I removed IIS after test)

I can successfully see SSL Certificate in Report Server Configuration Manager in VM. I have configured port 443 for Web Service URL and Web Portal URL. Configuration manager says that URL is http://service.com. So www is missing here. (problem?)

Site cannot be reached when I try to connect with browser to "http://www.service.com/reports" or "http://service.com/reports"

What is problem?
