Border formatting not showing when publishing to Reporting Server

I've just published a report to report server and all of the tables that I have on the report are not showing their border formatting. 

when building the report in desktop they are visable, when published they all dissapear. Fustrating when you spend time getting the formatting how you want it then something like this happens.

Power BI does not give a rendering guarantee. If you want to have pixel perfect rendering you need to use paginated reports.
