Blank months after scheduled refresh

Hi folks,

I have a big issue.  Since the May 2021 Version (Server+ Desktop) some of our Sales Reports do not work anymore.

When I´m refreshing those reports in my Desktop version all looks good. They work as well after publishing on the Server. But After a scheduled refresh some visuals do not work anymore. I think it has somthing to do with my Calender and the "createdon" field from my source (Odata MS CRM). 

I simplified the model:

Desktop Version:

Report Server after scheduled refresh: --> Blank.

Its very urgent. Thank you in adavance!

no match. Those connection worked for over 2 years. But since the update it does not work anymore.

It seems that the server can not transform the "createdon" date. 

For "actualclosedate" my calender table is working fine.

any ideas?
