 Am new to powerBI tools,

Can you guys please provide information to the following questions as i need to take decisions ASAP for a project?

Q1: How to add more than 1 storage account from diff subscription diff region
Q2: How to add different tenant, subscription storage account to Power BI
Q3: is it possible, centralize backup dashboard report from more than 1 tenant under multiple subscription storage account in multiple regions
