Automatic PDF - filtered data pro email address
Dear All,
I have Premium account and I have report, which I would like to send out via PDF to 10 email addresses. (the report consists several sheet, but I would like send out only one specific sheet)
The 10 PDF´s should be filtered by the name of the truck drivers name. The emails owner should received only a PDF overview with the already filtered view.
Each truck driver name filter should be linked to the email address.
Is there any possilbilty to a setup like this?

You could probably do this using Power Automate to apply the fiters and send out the different reports via email. See https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-automate-actions-for-exporting-power-bi-and-paginated-reports-now-available/

In Power BI Report Server ,The export functionality only exists for paginated reports (rdl files). So in my opinion ,the report you want to export is on Power BI service.
What you want achieve is to Export and Email Power BI Reports with Row Level Security.
You could use Power Automate to ahieve it . But there are two prerequisites to be met.
- You must have created a Power BI report with Role Level Security applied/configured on it. If you haven't done this, you would need to create the report and apply RLS before continuing the steps in this article. See how you can implement RLS in a Power BI report in this Microsoft documentation.
- The Power BI report has been published to a premium workspace in Power BI service.
