Auto enable bookmarks when report is opened in report server

Hi,

I was trying to find out if there is a way to always enable the bookmarks pane and hide it like filters pane. So that users need  not explicitly go to View and enable the bookmarks. I did find some leads as below:

But dont understand, in which version of report server is this released. I am using June 2019 report server version and still wondering how to enable the bookmarks by deafult.
