Auto Refresh not work on Report server : [0] 0: Failed to connect to AS

Dear All,

We met very stranger issue today, we can refresh our report from desktop manually but all our reports uploaded to report server was not able to refresh , details error: [0] 0: Failed to connect to AS, see below

We tried a lot of steps like restart services, restart report server, repair/upgrade report server software but no one work, please help here, thank you very much !

Hi, 

Have you look at the sql server agents and should restart sql server and sql server agents.

I hope that will help 🙂

Could you find any reason causing these errors. We have a similar situation on our side.
