Authentication was unsuccessful when trying to access power BI report in Dynamics CRM

Hi,

In our project, we are working in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, in that we have a tab where power BI have been embedded. It is usually used for accessing visualised data insights, but it can't be accessed right now showing authentication error, when tried to sign in

no luck. You can see the attached image. Please help in resolving the issue.

Hi @Arunkumar2802 ,

Please let the user clear the cache in browser and try again to see if the tile can be displayed properly.

Ensure that the Power BI report is properly configured for embedding within Dynamics CRM. This includes verifying that the report is shared with the necessary permissions for users who need access.Embed Power BI reports in Microsoft Teams - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

Verify the authentication method used for embedding. If you're using service principal authentication, ensure that the service principal has the necessary permissions on the Power BI report and that it's correctly configured in both Azure and Power BI.

If it still does not help, please provide more details.
