I have setup Power BI Report Server (August) -> Which supports multiple data sources.
I created a power BI Report using SQL server Data usin Direct Query.
After saving the report to the power bi report server. I recieved this error accessing the report.
How can I resolve this?
Thanks,
bdiouf
Solved! Go to Solution.
Directy Query support is not avaialble yet, for now you'll have to use just imported models. It is however something that is on our roadmap we are actively working on.

Thanks! So so far to only live connection this release supports is still SSAS Tabular?
That's correct, if you have a deployed SSAS environment you can deploy your model there and use Direct Query however with embedded models it's not yet there.
Great thanks!
