How do I connect Excel to PowerBI model in Report Server?

There is such an option in the Cloud Service: "Analyze in Excel".

@Anonymous,

I am afraid that it is not possible to connect to Power BI report sever model in Excel using Analyze in Excel feature, as this feature is only available in Power BI Service. You can submit a feature request in Power BI ideas forum about this issue.

Currently, we are only able to export data from visual to csv in Power BI report server.
