An error occurred within the report server database - Schedule Creation/Modification:

Hi,

I have uploaded the PBI report server and created a schedule and it was running fine. But now when i try to modify it, i get below error message:

"An error occurred within the report server database. This may be due to a connection failure, timeout or low disk condition within the database"

I am able to open and view the report, setup the datasource credentials etc with out any issues.

Only while modifying the Scheudle or create a new scheule i get the error pop up. But schedule is created, after i close the error popup. But i dont see it running as per the schedule. So not really sure whats the issue.

I checked my log files and see the same error message.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Manoj

I am wondering if you found a fix.  I am also receiving the same error message when I try to create a refresh schedule.  My PBIRS is at May 2019 release.

@jitendrapandey , Not really any solution for this. If we delete and recreate a schedule, it works. But we will lose the history and back end job will be dropped and recreated.

I know, this cant be done in PROD setup, but still a work around till we solve the root cause.

Thanks

Manoj
