Because scheduled refresh is also automatically disabled after four consecutive errors or two months of inactivity for the corresponding report for this dataset, your dataset refresh is disabled. As mentioned in the official documentation:
Configure scheduled refresh - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
You mentioned that you are working fine Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday failed. Your refresh failure should review the error message below your screenshot and configure it as instructed. It is not limited to the following questions:
1. The gateway goes offline on weekends, resulting in the inability to reach the data source during refresh. For example: A local data source is used, and then the computer shuts down over the weekend
2. Your credentials are invalid, resulting in an access error.
3. Your inquiry question.
