Allowing external party to access embedded power without logging into PBI/ having azure AD

Hi PBI Community,

Just wondering how can I embed a powerbi report into an external website (non-AAD but have credentials i.e. logging into a portal using username and password) and still allow for RLS to work (rls using username, if possible)?

Is API the only way out and if API is the only way, are there any tutorials i can refer to?
