All Filters for Custom Visuals have stopped working on Jan 2020 Power Bi Report Server

This means that none of the splicers can work anymore. Also, selfFilters on my custom visuals have stopped working too. All I get is an error from reportServerHost.json-contracts.min. 

Furthermore, all of this is completely functional on PowerBI Online and PowerBi Desktop, but when uploaded to PowerBi Report Server, it becomes broken. 

Please fix urgently. Here is my code and how I apply the filters.

Also Filter By List from Custom Visual Marketplace isn't working, but the error message is different. Please check it out too thanks.

I'd suggest trying a repair or re-install as suggested here https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Report-Server/How-do-I-downgrade-Power-Bi-Report-Server-Version/m-p... I'm not see any evidence of issues like this with custom visuals on my system.
