After I upload the pbix file to report server, where does the report server store the pbix file?

Is there a automatic way to upload all my pbix file to a certain folder? I have more than 100 pbix files.

You can do this via a script against the REST API, we have a simple powershell sample here that you can modify to upload your reports:
