Advanced Filter disappeared on filter panel afte September Release

Hi,

after the new look was introduced with the september release, I migrated my reports and then I find out that the advanced filtering option is missing on the filter panel. The issue appears on the latest version from 10.10.2019

 

I've tried recreating the report but it didn't help. Is there a workaround for this ?
