Access to refresh in semantic model for a user

I am the owner of a report. I have access to refresh in the semantic model but how can I allow another user to have the refresh access?

Sharing with the user does not help.

You could use a Power Automate button to run a flow to request the refresh. The UX will be horrible as there is no feedback.

Why would you want to give the user that access? Remember that a refresh is an asynchronous operation.  The user will have no way of knowing how long the refresh is taking and what the result will be.

The user is updating the reports from SharePoint lists. The reports are only updated after refreshing the system. I can do it anytime or have to wait for the sheduled refresh.
