API Call will not all Report Server to connect

Hi All,
I am not sure why but Report Server will not connect to the API Web Content when in Desktop it works perfectly fine. I have tried different ways with no luck. If anyone has seen this before, assistance would be appreciated.

Source = Json.Document(Web.Contents("https://geocode-api.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/World/GeocodeServer/findAddressCandidates",[Query = [address=location, maxLocations="1", f="json", token="MyToken"]])),

    Nothing wrong with the code, it's a network issue..
