1st Page randomly not returning for Users

I have a Power BI report with 4 pages. The first contains various slicers and filters then 3 pages of different views of the Data. Randomly the user is not able to get back to the first tab. It does underline the Page name in Yellow but the Page is not displayed. They can click through the other pages.  It does not happen every time. Is there some setting or refresh I could use as opposed to exiting and reentering the report?
