Alert for Power BI report does not load any data in Data Activator

Hello,

I am having an issue with a new alert I created from the Power BI UI. The alert is created without error in Power BI but when I open Data Activator, I have constant spinning and nothing appears other than the message below. I have setup other Reflexes before but this is the first since we allocated the workspace to a Premium capacity and I wonder if there is a setting in Admin that was missed perhaps?  If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it!  Thanks!

Data Activator is preparing your data. In most cases, you should see your data in a few minutes. Otherwise, please contact support.

Thank you for suggesting Fiddler. I was able to see that there was an error called TimeSeriesUnknownSignalOrColumn. I added a column with the date formatted as text and solved the problem.  Appreciate the help!

Hi @kblackburn ,

You can try to reproduce the issue and trace the PBI using Fiddler to see if the process is stuck on the Data Activator or Data Source side.

Using Fiddler to Troubleshoot Power BI [with Dan Szepesi] (youtube.com)

You can try the following:
1. Clear your browser cache.
2. Use Privacy Window.
3. Select the Data Activator experience in the lower left corner of the Fabric home page, as you said you seem to have successfully created the Reflexes , select the workspace where the Reflexes was created, find the Reflexes in the drop down list and click to see if it loads successfully.
