Real‑Time Dashboards cannot be created

From your observations and what we're seeing with other tenants, it appears that Pro users are currently unable to create Real-Time Dashboards, even when using an F-SKU capacity workspace. PPU and Premium users are not affected and can still use this feature as expected.

The tenant setting mentioned in the error was removed when the feature became generally available, so the error message is outdated and does not match the current platform behavior. This suggests there may be a licensing alignment issue or a post-GA regression, rather than a configuration issue on your end.

At this point, the recommended next step is to open a support ticket with Microsoft Fabric Support. This will allow the engineering team to verify if this is the intended behavior and update the documentation if needed.
