v-abhinavmu I didn't end up opening a support ticket because the issue resolved itself around 29./30.06.2026. The setup has been stable since. I didn't change anything to resolve it...

If the issue starts again I will raise a ticket.

KenD very interesting, it seems that issue stopped for you around the same time...

    egstst It looks like your issue also stopped right around the same time. My Activator was practically spamming all of my department leadership for the first week, so I had to shut it down and investigate. I am glad it is over for now. I suppose someone might have updated a setting behind the scenes and reverted it. back. I am looking for an alternative solution right now.
