According to the Fabric Capacity Metrics, an Activator item is consuming a high amount of capacity units. However, when I check the workspace manually, no Activator item is visible. I wanted to delete or remove this item, as it appears to have been activated by mistake.

In Microsoft Fabric, Power BI alerts are implemented and managed as Fabric Activator rules that run continuously in the background. As a result, these rules can consume Fabric capacity even when they don’t appear as explicit or standalone Activator items in the workspace view.
Try implementing these troubleshooting steps:
Identify the linked Power BI alert:
Open the Power BI report or dashboard where the alert is applied.
Locate the visual (card, KPI, or gauge) that has the alert.
Click the ellipsis (…) on the visual and select Manage Alerts.
Delete or disable the alert:
In the Alerts pane, find the specific alert you want to remove.
Click Delete (or Turn Off) to stop the alert.
Additionally in Workspace:
Clear any filters that might be applied to make it easier to spot hidden Activator items.
Check your permissions on the workspace to ensure you have access to view or manage all relevant Activator items.

Isn't there any other way to do that? I have 20+ reports and dashboards. It's going to complex if I do like this way?

Thank you for the follow-up.
Currently, there isn’t a centralized or bulk way to manage these alerts. The only supported approach is to remove them from the originating report visual (Manage alerts) manually.
To make this easier, you can start with recently modified or frequently used reports, as alerts are more likely to be configured there.
