The KPI Spotlight card is very effective — combining Total Sales, Target variance, YoY growth, and a clear monthly trend in a single visual makes the insight immediately actionable.

I especially liked how the sparkline with color-coded performance vs target helps spot weak months at a glance. Very clean and well thought out!
