While analyzing the data, I noticed a clear pattern ,on days when I slept less than 6 hours, my energy level dropped noticeably the next day.
But when I got more than 7 hours of sleep, my energy and productivity reached their highest levels.
The numbers showed that improvement doesn’t always require a big change — even a simple habit like getting enough sleep can make a real difference in performance.
This project reveals that energy doesn’t just come from coffee ,it comes from balance, rest, and good daily habits
Thankful to the Microsoft Fabric Community for organizing this great challenge.
