Quick Viz -Spotlight (Sales Performance Overview)

This visual highlights a simple but effective breakdown of Sales performance using the new card visual in Power BI. I worked with the Superstore dataset focusing only on the Orders and Location tables.

The first card displays the Total Sales for the selected year along with an SVG sparkline to show the overall trend. It also includes a comparison with the previous year to give quick context about growth or decline.

The second card shows the Top Region for that period. I also added an SVG map to reflect the states within the top performing region.

The layout is intentionally simple, using neutral colors and subtle design elements to keep the attention on the metrics and make the insights easy to understand at a glance.
