why am i getting error in a column, when its simple a text data,

im getting error in these four columnns, i have changed the data type to text but still getting errors.

Could it be the case that it you tried to apply a numeric datetype first, and afterwards in a later step, switched to text? The error will stay in this case, because of the earlier numeric date type.

Keep cursor in the cell showing error and down below you can see the error description. It may give you some clue.

Else post sample data or more info to help you further.
