we couldn't import data from azure backup

There is content packs wide issue, please review the message post in Power BI support. Please connect to the Azure backup content pack again once the issue is fixed.
Users may not be able to install service content packs in Power BI. Engineers have identified the issue and are currently working on a fix. Next update: 12/15/2017 @ 17:00 PST.
