unable to embed power bi preview in sharepoint

I am a PRO user but still not able to embed Power BI preview in Sharepoint site. Getting following error. Please help!

I test the scenario that embed report in SharePoint Online page, everything works well. Please verify that if your system meets the requirement described in this article?

And do you get the above error when embed each report in SharePoint Online? Could you please share your PBIX file to me so that I can test?

Thank you for replying. I am getting this error right when I click power BI (preview) option from the available options in page creation. I guess it is related to the Modern Page requirements as you mentioned. I will check with the admin if the creation of modern site pages by end users is allowed or not.
