split column in online version

I can find plenty of instructions on how to split column by delimiter but the online version does not have a transform tab and i cannot find any way to split a column. Are there instructions somewhere on how to do it in the online version?

This is available for Fabric Dataflow, not the Semantic models in Power BI Service.
