service now content pack

I have installed Service Now content pack but I cant see neither the dashboard, nor report nor dataset using the left menu, the only way to see a dashboard is by clicking in APPS --> Service Now.  A...

    carolinamg,

    Please use Get Data-> Service content pack option in Power BI Service to get data from ServiceNow. This way, you should see ServiceNow under dashboard, report and dataset, and you are able to edit report.


    Alternatively, you can connect to ServiceNow PBIT in Power BI Desktop, publish your report to Power BI Service.
