salesforce two-factor authentication login + power bi

One of our salesforce accounts uses two factor authentication for logging in using google authenticator. So after putting in the user and password there is another step whereby a time-valid code must also be entered.

Is there a way to connect to this salesforce report/instance without having to disable this multifactor authentication in the salesforce account?

Im guessing no but just want to hear what the options are.
