When using a custom domain in PowerBI Desktop or online after initially being able to connect to a Salesforce object or report custom domain service I always get a timeout and I am unable to reconnect. This happens 100% of the time after around 5 minutes of inactivity.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or know how to fix?
Can you find out what your session timeout is configured to inside Salesforce? It will likely require an admin for your account to tell, but you can see the value under Setup (or Administer) > Security Controls > Session Settings.
