can you clarify what you mean by transfer to qb desktop? is there some data bi doesn't access via QBO?

    thanks, the desktop view clarified what was available in each data "table" one was simply a list that could cross reference to other parts of the data set. each table was more isolated that i assumed.

      Hi zkett4111,

      You can create relationships between different tables using appropriate field in Power BI Desktop and create reports by yourself.

        Is there a way to use the "fx Report" table/function that appears when connecting to QBO via Power BI Desktop?
