Hi zkett4111,

How do you connect to QuickBooks Online? Using QuickBooks Online content pack in Power BI Service or connect to QuickBooks Online in Power BI Dekstop?

Could you please post a screenshot about your scenario with sample data and expected data?

    Thanks for the response. I'm using https://app.powerbi.com connected to a quickbooks online file. Report>visualization>table (to id and chart once sources are clear)

     

    it's clear that the income data correctly corresponds with the hundreds of customer:job categories in our file, but the cost/expense data does not seem to. I have tried to use other categories, in both the item and expense categirues as well as the expense and item categories from the general ledger but none seem to pull customer id'd data. the data is ID'd on the quickbooks side, as items entered with customer job details.
