powerBi connecting to excel table

I have connected powerBi to an excel document where i am manually updating the entries but when i refresh the powerBi trend, its not updating the trend, what would be wrong?

    Kasonde,

     

    What option do you use in Power BI to connect to Excel and do you update the data in the Excel table? Do you install and configure gateway in your scenario?
