power querry doesnt read all files
Hi I have an excel file wich should read data from 14 files, each file has 5-10 sheets. I only need data from 1 collumn which are dates, i have protected the column so only dates can be input. B...
You need to do this adjustment in the Transform Sample File step. Since Power BI hardcodes the Sheet name of the sample file you selected it will look for the same sheet name in the rest of the files. Better replace it with the Index of the sheet.

Super UserCheck if the Sheet names are the same, check if the column names are the same and if the other file meets the requirements you defined prior/when combining the files.
