power bi publisher from excel

I have downloaded Power BI publisher from Excel.  It does not show up on my ribbon.

I have O365

Tried removing the program and reloading.  Here is my ribbon.

@davidhaynes Make sure it is enabled by checking at File > Options >Add-ins > COM Add-ins. Select Microsoft Power BI Publisher for Excel. Also it only works for Excel 2007 and higher.
