power bi file size limits
I would like to know the size of power bi files in both free and pro version. From the information on the versions i see it as 1 GB and 10 GB respectively. Does this mean this is the limit for one ...
Anonymous If you are using the Power BI Desktop, you can change the PBIX file extension to .ZIP
If you then open the Zip file, it should show you the sizes of the different elements in the Desktop file. When you are done, you can change the extension back to .PBIX

Power ParticipantAnonymous I suppose you are talking about the limit constrained for Power BI user in free and Pro account. When talking about the file size limit, recently it has been increased from 250 MB to 1 GB for a single pbix file uploaded to Power BI Online Service.
